Loved for its natural sweetness and beautifully complex flavours, it's become a firm favourite with coffee growers and drinkers alike.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis particular lot brings together washed and honey-processed Pink Bourbon coffees, creating a wonderfully balanced, sweet and characterful cup.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe magic behind the decaf\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHere's where things get clever.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRather than stripping away all those lovely flavours, Melao is gently decaffeinated in Colombia using the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSugar Cane EA process\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAt the Descafecol plant in Manizales, the beans are treated with mountain water and ethyl acetate derived from Colombian sugar cane. This carefully controlled process removes 99.7% of the caffeine while preserving the character and sweetness that make this coffee so special.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNo dull, lifeless decaf here.
