This wonderful coffee is grown on Yellikodige Estate, a 150 year old plantation with around 20-25 different crops grown alongside coffee, including jackfruit, fig, mango, black plum, citrus fruits, avocado and black pepper.
The Ficus trees throughout the estate help to provide a canopy to protect the coffee from the humidity of the summer.
With with over 75 species of bird, the estate operates a balanced eco system. The Farm is working towards Demeter certification, adhering to a system of organic and biodynamic agricultural practices.
Run by a super passionate group of coffee enthusiasts, who also have a huge passion for innovation in coffee processing methods including anaerobic fermentation.
