Roaster notes: "A lovely festive coffee with all the delicious taste of a tropical Christmas, a sweet candied peach softness, a light cranberry acidity and a sweet gingerbread finish, complex, clean and sweet, a delicious all day brewer. We have been loving brewing this coffee on our AeroPress and V60".
