We cycle deliver your coffee to your home across South East London & across the UK via Royal Mail + DPD on a Monday & Thursday (order before 7am on these days for same day delivery). Wholesale delivery is every Wednesday.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 

To return your coffee, you can contact us at jayne@carnivalcoffee.co.uk we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make get your new coffee to you as soon as possible.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive a refund is to contact us about your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your returned coffee. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
